STAGE READY STYLE

Identity, Style and Presence for Women Who Are Ready to Own Every Room
The bar for what makes a leader truly memorable has never been higher. It is no longer enough to do important work or have a powerful message.
The women who get rebooked, referred and remembered are the ones whose entire presence, visual, physical, energetic, is as considered as their contribution. The speaking landscape, the media landscape, the online space, all of it is noisy. Most women are not thinking about style as a strategic tool. They are still reaching for the safe option, the outfit that works, the look that does not distract.
And in doing so, they are leaving one of the most powerful levers of impact completely untouched.
This is for the women who want to be a step ahead. The ones who understand that being in the room once is not the goal. Being the woman people refer to after the event, the one whose presence is still felt after she has left, that is the goal.
You have built a career doing work that matters, a reputation that precedes you, and a standard you hold in every room you walk into.
And yet something has shifted. The version of you that is showing up, in how you dress, how you carry yourself, how you take up space, has not quite caught up with who you are now. You find yourself defaulting to familiar ways of showing up that no longer feel like you. Reaching for the outfit you know works, rather than the one that truly speaks to where you are heading.
It is not a lack of confidence. It is a gap. Your wardrobe, your presence, your visual identity, they were built for an earlier version of your life. One with less visibility, less scrutiny, lower stakes. And that version served you well. But you have outgrown it, and you can feel it.
That is what this experience is for. You won’t leave with ideas. You will leave with a shift in how you see yourself and how you show up because of it.
This day works across three dimensions: identity, style and presence, because none of them work in isolation. Alex opens the day with identity work that gives you the foundation everything else is built on. The Room Ready Style Framework then translates that into practical, repeatable tools for every visible moment.

And Priscilla Pollara, communications strategist and trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, founders and politicians, closes the day by bringing the same depth to how you communicate and command a room.
Identity. Style. Voice. Three sides of the same conversation that most women in leadership never address together.
THE WOMEN IN THIS ROOM

You show up with intention in your business, your relationships and your work. You have done the inner work. You invest in yourself without apology. You are not here to be discovered, you are here to be undeniable.
And yet. There are moments, before a stage, before a camera, before a big room, opening your wardrobe the night before something that matters, where something feels slightly unresolved. Not wrong. Just not fully you.
You know your value. You know your message. And precisely because you hold such high standards in every other area, you feel this gap more acutely than most.
The woman you are becoming needs a presence that reflects her. The one who has arrived, and is ready to be seen as such.
At this level, the details are what separate good from extraordinary.

THIS ROOM IS FOR WOMEN WHO:

-
Step into high-stakes visible moments - panels, keynotes, their own events, media appearances, podcast recordings, board meetings, launches, and want their presence to match their level.
-
Understand that how they show up visually is as much a strategic decision as anything else in their business.
-
Are building high-level visibility and want to be in a small, high-trust room with women doing the same.
-
Value the quality of conversation that only w see happens when everyone in the room is operating at the same level.

This room is not for everyone.
-
It is not for women at the start of their business or career journey.
-
It is not a large event where you can stay at the edges.
-
The room is deliberately small because the quality of what happens inside it depends entirely on who is in it.
WHAT'S THE EXPERIENCE?
Session One: Identity and the Room
Alexandra Standley
Most style work skips this part entirely. This session does not.
Before anything practical begins, Alex takes the room through her past, present, future identity framework, a structured reflection that surfaces what you are ready to reclaim, who you actually are right now, and who you are stepping into next.
Through guided exercises and honest reflection, you will begin to articulate the gap between the woman you are and the woman the world currently experiences. And you will leave this session with clearer language for who you are now, which makes everything that follows not a style exercise, but a precise expression of your identity.
Session Two: The Room Ready Style Framework
Alexandra Standley
With your identity established, Alex works through the four elements that actually matter when dressing for any high-stakes visible moment.
Presence
How fit, silhouette and movement shape how grounded and credible you feel before you have opened your mouth. Because confidence lives in the body, and your clothes either support that or work against it.
Colour
How to use colour with intention on camera, on stage and in the room. What translates, what distracts, and how to build a palette that reinforces your personality and authority.
Signature
How to build a repeatable, recognisable look from your two style archetypes. Something you can return to for every opportunity without the deliberation. Not a costume. You, distilled.
Practicality
The fabrics that hold their shape under lights and photograph beautifully, what to consider when you are wearing a microphone, and why the golden rule experienced leaders learn the hard way is never wear something new on the day.
Session 3: Unmistakable: Why Be Quietly Brilliant? Say It Like You Mean It
A Lego and Confidence Workshop with Priscilla Pollara
Where Alex translates identity into visual presence, Priscilla translates it into how you are heard, understood and remembered when you speak.
Do you wish your words carried the same weight as your expertise, yet self-doubt, nerves, or imposter syndrome often get in the way? Do you leave a room feeling that your presence and ideas didn’t land as powerfully as they should? Are you always wondering how to communicate more sharply, knowing that your business, brand, or ideas depend on it?
With years of experience advising politicians and business leaders, Priscilla helps bring stories and ideas to life so that when the moment matters brilliance shine through.
A passionate advocate for this work, Priscilla will show you via an interactive and illuminating Lego workshop - a device used by so many in business and in politics - what helps shift your internal narrative and give your external communication a powerful boost. Along with this, she will share public speaking tips, conversation starters, and subtle but highly effective strategies for promoting your talent. Those who have worked with her call her "business rehab." We'll let that speak for itself.

WHAT PAST TRAILBLAZERS HAVE TO SAY...

Katie Carr, Sustainable Brand Founder
Working with Alex was so much more than finding outfits, it was about aligning my style with my values. She showed me how sustainable fashion doesn’t mean compromising on professionalism or personality, but elevating both.

I loved how she took the time to understand not only my business brand but also my lifestyle, ensuring every piece felt authentic to who I am.
With a focus on preloved and upcycled pieces, I’ve discovered how to create a wardrobe I’m proud to wear, without the overwhelm of fast fashion.

Being surrounded by other Style Trailblazer women has been empowering; it’s about learning from each other, celebrating individuality, and supporting one another as we step into our most confident, authentic selves.

Nova Cobban, Psychologist & Founder
It gave me the clarity to be completely myself and still feel like I belonged in the rooms I was stepping into. It fundamentally changed how I showed up.
This whole process has brought me back to considering myself as part of my brand and how I reflect that.
This has been wonderful, Alex has helped me to understand the guidelines for what I like and how to interpret that for my lifestyle in different ways.

It was the perfect time for me to do this. I’m in a new era of my life and business, and I wanted to reflect that in the way I show up, to embody it on every level

Kelly Simes, The Menopause Connection
With Alex’s expertise and guidance, l've started to align how I present myself on the outside with who I want to be on the inside, to help me to show up in this next chapter in a way that feels aligned, authentic, and powerful.
Alex has helped me as the founder of a business and a retreat leader to move through fear and start owning my presence, so I can create meaningful impact by supporting other women.

The work on my wardrobe is truly helping me find the confidence not just to step forward, but to be seen. As Alex says, that's the power of reconnecting with your style: it's not about a "new you," it's about bringing you back, with clarity, confidence and ease.
Because when we feel good in how we present ourselves, we take up space differently, both in our work and personal life. Confidence isn't just internal. Sometimes it needs to be worn, styled and claimed.
HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE?
-
You will stop reaching for the safe option and start showing up with intention that holds across every stage, screen and room that comes next.
-
Confident in how to use your style as a true reflection of YOU, your mission and your values
-
Renewed sense of purpose and direction
-
Visible as the leader you are, without needing to shout or prove yourself
-
You will know your two style archetypes, what they mean for how you dress for any visible moment, and how to build from them consistently without starting again from scratch.
-
You will leave with practical identity, style and communication tools you can use immediately and return to for every opportunity that follows.
-
You will have spent a full day in a room with eleven other women who are building something at the same level — the kind of peer network that does not happen by accident.

The style work is rooted in identity, not trends or rules.
Will there be networking time?
Yes, intentionally. Lunch is unhurried and the close of the day includes space for connection and conversation. Those connections are part of what makes the day valuable.
